How is the price of a translation calculated?

The price of each translation project depends on many factors, including the type of document translation (website, personal correspondence, legal manual, medical document), the length of the text to be translated, whether or not certification is required, how many translations are required and which languages you need your project translated into or from.

Because each project is unique, the easiest way to determine the cost of your translation project is to fill out our free quote request form and allow one of our customer service representatives to go over your project, make an estimate and get back to you personally!

How do I get my project translated?

Our work process can be detailed in five simple steps:

Receive a project estimate by email.
Send payment.

How do I send you my documents for translation?

Hard copies of documents may be mailed to us or dropped off in person at our offices.

We also accept a number of digital file formats which can be sent electronically via email or through our free quote request form.

What types of files can I send?

Our server currently accepts files in .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rar, .txt, .wpd, or .zip formats.

How long will my translation take?

As previously noted, each project is unique, and because of a number of factors there is no way to accurately generalize the length of time that translations will require.

However, the simplest way to determine the amount of time required to complete your translation project is to fill our our free quote request form and allow one of our customer service representatives to go over your project, make an estimate and get back to you personally!

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, Translation Cloud accepts payment through business checks, wire transfers, PayPal, Google Checkout and Xoom for most translation services projects.

Do you offer certified translation?

Translation Cloud offers comprehensive service for translation and certification of various documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decrees and so on.

Not all documents are required to be certified when ordering translation services. This list consists of mostly of personal documents such as all sorts of certificates, school and college diplomas and transcipts and all sorts of legal documentaion that belong to individuals, not organization. These certified translations are usually requested by government agencies and universities. Our company complies with the current US rules and is eligible to offer document translation and certification services. There are regular and urgent delivery times available. Each translation is shipped by either USPS or FedEx.

Translation Cloud understands the importance of confidentiality in regards to your project, and will uphold the highest professional and ethical standards to make sure the content of your project remains private throughout all aspects of the translation services process.

Translation Cloud has developed a free translation services tool for webmasters called Translate This.

Translate This combines the power of all the major online translators and condenses them into a small, elegant button that can fit into any site’s layout or design with ease. Once added to the site, visitors need only to hover their mouse over the button. A drop-down menu will appear with a list of supported languages on it (as of this post, 29 languages are supported, with more being added regularly). Visitors select a language from the list. The page refreshes, translated into their language of preference with their translator of choice. No clicking away to other sites, no copying and pasting URLs, just one click and your site’s content is instantly conveyed!
