More words = lower rate per word; fewer words = higher rate per word

Less technical = lower rate per word; more technical = higher rate per word

Longer turn around time = lower cost per word; shorter turn around time = higher cost per word

We provide free quotes on all submitted projects via the email. Our manager will gladly discuss with you all details, price, and deadlines.

How Much Does Certified Translation Cost?

Our rates for certified translations (birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas and transcripts, driver licences, passports, etc.) are calculated on a per page basis. 1 page costs $99. This price includes certification, notarization and shipping via USPS to any US address. For example, if your birth certificate has 1 page, it will only cost $99 to have it translated and certified. Usual turnaround for such documents is 1 week. However, if you are in a hurry, you can upgrade to overnight shipping via FedEx. It will cost $35 (domestic), and $70 (international).
